Are your products authentic?
Yes. RareTCG aims to sell authentic trading card products, sealed products, singles, graded cards, and collector items sourced with care. For more detail, read our Authenticity Guarantee page.
Can you guarantee good pulls from sealed products?
No. Trading card products are random by nature. We cannot guarantee specific pulls, chase cards, card value, grades, print quality, centering, or contents inside sealed products.
Can I return an opened sealed product?
Opened sealed products cannot usually be returned for change of mind. Once a sealed trading card product has been opened, we cannot verify the original contents in the same way.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@raretcg.co.uk. Include your order number, photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged item.
Do you offer Buy & Collect?
Where available, Buy & Collect can be selected at checkout. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
Do you ship internationally?
We may offer international shipping to selected countries. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your location, selected shipping method, carrier performance, customs processing, and public holidays.
