This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, dispatch, and handle orders placed through our online store.
Order Processing
Orders for products currently held in our warehouse are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed on business days only. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume releases, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Products marked Available to Order follow a different fulfilment process. Please see the relevant section below.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, carrier performance, customs processing, public holidays, and events outside our reasonable control.
Estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout where available.
UK Shipping
For UK orders, we aim to offer reliable standard or tracked delivery options where available.
Typical UK delivery estimates after dispatch:

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, selected shipping method, customs processing, and local postal services.
Typical international delivery estimates after dispatch:

Rest of world: usually 7–21 business days
International delivery may take longer during customs delays, public holidays, local disruptions, or busy seasonal periods.
Available to Order Products
Some products on our website are marked:
Available to Order
These products are available through our supplier network but are not currently held in our warehouse.
Once you place an order, we source the item from our supplier and dispatch it to you as soon as it arrives with us.
The typical estimated delivery time is:
2–3 weeks
This estimate covers supplier sourcing, delivery to RareTCG, order processing, and dispatch to you. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
If an unexpected supplier issue means that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.
Orders Containing Different Product Types
If your order contains both:

products currently held in our warehouse; and
-
products marked Available to Order,
your complete order will usually be dispatched together once all items are ready.
For faster delivery of in-stock products, please place them in a separate order.
In some cases, we may offer or arrange a split shipment. We will not charge additional shipping costs unless this is agreed with you in advance.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges applied by their country.
These charges are not controlled by RareTCG and may be collected by the carrier, customs authority, or local postal service before delivery.
RareTCG is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for charges applied by customs authorities.
If you refuse delivery due to customs charges or fail to pay required import fees, the package may be returned to us. Where permitted, any refund may exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, and other costs reasonably incurred.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Packaging and Protection
RareTCG handles trading-card products with care.
We aim to pack orders securely using suitable packaging for the product type. This may include protective sleeves, top loaders, team bags, bubble wrap, cardboard protection, boxes, or other protective materials where appropriate.
Parcels are handled by third-party carriers during transit. Although we take reasonable care when packing orders, minor imperfections to external product packaging can occasionally occur.
Sealed Products and Collector Items
Sealed products, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, graded cards, singles, and other collector items may occasionally have minor manufacturing or packaging imperfections.
We pack products carefully, but we cannot guarantee flawless outer packaging unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.
Collectors seeking a product for display purposes are welcome to contact us before ordering so that we can advise where possible.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights when an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.
Please check your address carefully before placing your order.

We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has started processing or has been dispatched.
RareTCG cannot accept responsibility for delays, returns, or additional costs caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, except where responsibility remains with us under applicable law.
Failed Delivery Attempts and Returned Orders
If a carrier cannot deliver your order due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point, the parcel may be returned to us.
If an order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange one of the following:

reshipment, which may be subject to additional shipping charges; or
-
a refund, where appropriate, less any permitted costs reasonably incurred.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at:
Include your order number so that we can investigate the issue.
We may need to wait for the carrier to complete an investigation before confirming whether a parcel is lost.
If a tracked order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement where possible or a refund where required.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Where possible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us assess the issue promptly and, where appropriate, raise a claim with the carrier. Contacting us after this period does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
Please include:

clear photos of the outer packaging;

clear photos of the affected item;

clear photos of any internal packaging; and

a short explanation of the issue.
Please keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require evidence.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing an item or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at:

Buy and Collect / Local Pickup
Where available, RareTCG may offer a buy-online-and-collect option at checkout.
If you select local pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.
When collecting an order, you may be asked to provide:

your order-confirmation email;

the name used for the order; and

valid identification, where required.
Orders must be collected during the available collection times communicated by RareTCG.
If someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, please contact us in advance. We may ask for written confirmation from you and identification from the person collecting.
If an order is not collected within a reasonable period, we may contact you to arrange collection, cancellation, or a refund where appropriate.
Split Shipments
In some cases, we may dispatch an order in multiple packages.
When this happens, you may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
You will not be charged additional shipping costs unless this is agreed with you in advance.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict shipping to certain addresses, countries, regions, forwarding services, PO boxes, or high-risk locations.
Some products may not be available for shipping to certain destinations due to carrier restrictions, supplier rules, legal requirements, or operational limitations.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.
